Why won't my main board replacement work?

Why won't my main board replacement work?

I ordered a new main board from Encompass to repair my snowy screen issue and upon installation the screen will not power up. The power light goes from constant red to off like normal but the screen will not power on. The initial symptom experienced from the old board was a static/snowy screen with functional sound and sub titles. I figured from research that the main board was bad so I order a replacement (EBT64049102). See attached photos and please advise if there is a step during the replacement process I a missing. This television is a 65UF6450UA LG 65" Smart TV.

mo other steps involved. This should have been a straightforward replacement. Looks like it wasn’t the main board. Of course, there is always the possibility that you received a bad part. Double check all of your connections and triple check the wiring from the power board to the main board. You will have to start of by checking to see if you have power to the stby on the connector. You also want to check for power on the T-con board fuse. Multimeter to something like 50V DC red to either end of the fuse and black to ground. Let us know what that voltage is with the TV turned on of course.

Post some images of all of your boards etc. Tell us what happens when you reconnect the old main board."
