Why won’t my Smok GX2/4 turn on?

Why won’t my Smok GX2/4 turn on? I have cleaned it and check the pins. I have made sure all the battery’s are charged. It will not turn on. I haven’t used it in a few months but it worked just fine when I stopped using it answers:
