Will not fill, but will spin.Very cold outside temps.Have done thawing

My washer will not fill on any setting, but will spin. Outside temps have been very cold. Have tried hose thawing measures with no change.

ANSWERS:

To see if it is getting water disconnect the hoses from the faucets (after shutting them off) and slowly open with a bucket to catch any water. If you get nothing wait for the spring thaw.
