ANSWERS:

I have a similar issue. The 80 series is by direct drive transmission. Thus, no drive belt. However, just above the transmission, there is a belt around what would be a bearing assembly. This belt is loose on mine and I dont know if it has much to do with hi spin, but I see no other problems.
