Wont turn on after power surge

Wont turn on after power surge

I have a GE Profile microwave/ convection oven over the counter and it was hit with a power surge. The fuse checks ok but it won’t do anything. Any suggestions as to where to look? I only found the one fuse. It is a Model JVM1790
