Dear Sir/Madam
We have decided to terminate our service with Smart for Wifi internet connection. Over the past year the service has become progressively worse; Our connection is so bad we cannot connect most of the time and when we do we get disconnected in the middle of a conversation or transfer of a document. For the fee that we pay we expected better service than what is provided, and attempts to rectify the solution with Smartbro has failed. We are told that the service is just too busy for the area.
W are herby terminating our service with you. Please advise us if we need to send the Wifi modem we purchased to some particular address if you wish to have it returned.
Feel free to contact us at any time. But as of this day we will not be using your serviceor paying the monthly fee. We already paid this months fee, and feel you should prorate it and return to us the days that are unused if possible.
