Aboitiz Power Corporation update on repairs on Bakun AC hydro project

Luzon Hydro Corporation (LHC), the operator and manager of the 70 MW Bakun AC hydro project (the "Bakun Plant”), informed Aboitiz Power Corporation that the tunnel lining repair on the Bakun Plant will not be completed as scheduled this June 2012. LHC expects the repairs to be completed by October of this year and will immediately resume operations thereafter.
