Omico Corporation will hold Annual Stockholders' Meeting 2012

During the meeting of the Board of Directors of Omico Corporation held today, March 20, 2012, the Board resolved to hold the Annual Stockholders' Meeting on the day as provided for in the Company's By-Laws which for the current year falls on May 25, 2012. The time and venue will be 9:00 am at the Dasmariñas Function Room, Makati Sports Club, Inc., L. P. Leviste corner Gallardo Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

All stockholders on the close of business on the Record Date of April 26, 2012 shall be entitle to notice of and to vote at the said meeting or any adjournment thereof. - https://www.affordablecebu.com/
