The Activity aims to deepen the level of awareness, concern and responsibility among the participants on environmental problems translated into active engagement in the initiation and execution of programs and projects pertaining to environmental protection, sustenance and development in their respective institutions.
The target participants to this activity are local government unit (LGU) officials, sangguniang kabataan, student leaders and student government advisers, campus journalists and school publication, SAVE ME directorate, advisers, officials and members, deans of student affairs, director of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and the director of Extension and Community Services.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
