Extending the Submission of Entries to the Miguel Malvar Essay Writing Contest and Announcing the Date of Awarding of Winners

The organizer of the General Miguel Malvar Essay Writing Contest which was announced in DepEd Advisory No. 315, s. 2011 extends the deadline for submission of entries from August 31, 2011 to September 15, 2011.

This extension will allow more students to participate in said contest which is in commemoration of the 100th Death Centennial Anniversary of General Miguel Malvar, one of the country's revolutionary generals and heroes.

The organizer likewise announces that the date of the awarding of winners will be on October 1, 2011.
