The Study Programme aims to:
- introduce to the participants the UK programme of reform in the public sector and, in particular current approaches being adopted to pay and reward packages;
- enable them to understand motivational aspects at work and identify the key drivers for change; and
- examine them the changing relationship between worth, value and reward at work.
This is designed mainly for the policy-makers, human resource practitioners and senior decision-makers involved in pay and grading.
