Seminar-Workshop on Resource Description and Access (RDA) for Librarians and Information Providers of The Infomanagement Specialists, Inc.

The Infomanagement Specialists, Inc. (IMSI) will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on Resource Description and Access (RDA) for Librarians and Information Providers on April 24-27, 2013 at the Bicol University, Legazpi City. This activity will also be conducted in September and November 2013 at the same venue.
The Seminar-Workshop aims to:
  1. inform the librarians on the new trends in the organization of library resources; and
  2. acquaint them on the new terminologies and how to transcribe elements of manifestations and items using the new rules as prescribed in RDA.
The target participants to this activity are school librarians from both public and privates schools and the library hub librarians, as well as other professionals such as teachers and school records officers.
