| I hope next year MCWD would utilize the use of online banking. Through online banking, it's pretty much easier for MCWD clients/customers to pay their water bills online. I think this would benefit both MCWD and its clients. It might increase MCWD sales and promptness of paying bills especially for the large number of internet users in Cebu who have online bank accounts.
It would be also useful to auto-debit MCWD clients' water bills from their bank accounts. Hassle-free, economical and time saving. No need to spent gasoline, drive a car, go to MCWD payment centers.
To MCWD, keep on improving! You can tell us here when are you going to implement online payment billls.

| You're absolutely right tech_lover, MCWD must use online banking for paying customers' bills. Sakto jud ka para dili na muadto-adto sa mga payment centers nila or sa MCWD office para lang mubayad. Hinaot makamatngon sad ang MCWD sa online payment of water bills. Please please please MCWD, implement online payment as soon as possible.
