| I think there are iphone repair shops in the malls such as in Ayala Cebu, SM Cebu City and in Emall. Those stores have highly qualified technicians that can repair your iphones. iphones and cellphones have some similar board interface. So those who can repair cellphones can also repair iphones. But choose those stores that specializes in iphones.
In addition, you can also go to Service Centers of your iphone Brand.
