I can understand that as a country we may need lots of scientists to build a rocket to the moon and do not have the funding, I can understand if we cannot build or afford to buy an F-16 or Apache Helicopter like Singapore. And we import from Taiwan Poultry Meat, that is unbelievable. Are we so lacking in Poultry Meat that we need to import ?? Or are the products produced in Taiwan cheaper ?? At the same time, billions and billions of PHP's go down the drain. Something is very very very wrong here. My good Lord...help us learn how to produce poultry meat.
