Mr. President, LandBank CEO, OWWA CEO, there is a solution to provide our less abled friends/brothers and sisters to be productive and achieve self-sustainability. Please help to me to teach them how to produce fish/vegetable rather than giving them fish. There is no need for greed and hunger to exist and prevail. Please Mr. President, through your OFW - reintegration program allow me to teach our less abled friends, brothers and sisters. We can make a difference in their lives and the lives of everyone.
