We recently added a LOCATION filter for your ad. All cities and municipalities of Cebu province are listed. We included "Outside Cebu" location for those ads that are located outside Cebu. Here are the list of locations created:

In every ad you post, don't forget to select the appropriate location of your ad.
Ads will be filtered according to the searchers location preference. The Location filter is located in the Category page. Picture snapshot below:
