House of Investments, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting Results

The following were discussed and approved by the Board of Directors (BOD) in the BOD Meeting of House of Investments, Inc. held on the March 21, 2012 at the 10F, GPL Board Room, GPL Building, Buendia Makati City: 1. Approval of the 2011 Audited Financial Statements of House of Investments, Inc. and its subsidiaries. 2. Declaration of Php 4,420,475.39 cash dividends to the stockholders of HI Preferred Shares covering the first quarter of Y2012, i.e. January 2012 to March 2012. The equivalent dividend per share is P0.003793. The record date is April 18, 2012 and the payment date is May 11, 2012. 3. Redemption of two and a half percent (2 %Z%) of 1,165,429,841 HI's preferred shares, representing 29,135,746.02 shares at PhpO.40 per share amounting to Phpll,654,298.41. Record date is April 18, 2012 and payment date May 15, 2012. 4. Appointment of Ms. Grace A. Rivera as Head of the Shared Services Center of the Car Division of House of Investments, Inc. (HI) effective February 16, 2012. The Shared Services Center is a new department of the Company that was created to integrate and centralize the back office operations of the Car Division. The Shared Services Center is under the office of the President.
