The Scenema Concept International Inc. invites the viewing public to see the movie "El Presidente.”

The Movie aims to provide a cinematic depiction of General Emilio Aguinaldo’s glory being one of the greatest general in Philippine history. It will also feature his life’s achievement: as a statesman and patriot; for being the power and glory behind the Filipino’s struggle for freedom and independence; for proclaiming the Philippine Independence from Spain on June 12, 1898; for being the proud founder of the First Philippine Republic in Asia; and, for creating the Philippine Flag, the Philippine National Anthem, and the Philippine Constitution.

The target viewers of this movie are the pupils and students from both public and private elementary and secondary schools and members of the academe.

Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith. This is also subject to the no-collection policy as stated in Section 3 of Republic Act No. 5546, An Act Prohibiting the Sale of Tickets and/or the Collection of Contributions for Whatever Project or Purpose from Students and Teachers of Public and Private Schools, Colleges and Universities.
