Guys, hanap nlng kayo ibang internet service provider. wala tayo mapapala dito sa PLDT. More than a month nako walang internet connection. Ilang beses na rn ako nagreport thru 171 hotline, I even chat there facebook page and ask for assistance thru email.. WALA SILA RESPONSE or FEEDBACK!!!

I mean confirmation nlng po sna kung pwd pra alm po nmin if mg aaply kmi sa iba.pro ito gusto nmin so part of ur job is to tell us if we get it or not bcos ur worker tell us to wait 5days and now almost 10days com on..do ur job

We apply for internet last july 6 and until now they keep us waiting for confermation if we wil get it 8n tagaytay silang cavite..what a waist of 2hrs.waiting in pldt megamall dlwa lng taga asst sa information table.ang bagal.i hope they can tell me now if i get it or not.asap
