My wife son got your service for my extended stay in the Philippines.. This. Is my fourth time. This decade. I am an American
And I am not comparing you to us cable company's at all. But this stay we have $1999 pkg. this is the worst cable from you l ever had. Less channel for the price and you repeat programs three times the next day. Do you ever look at your own cable.
You must have a better program library then you are using now.

I have no signal in my cable since May 20,2017.... I called for a request in your engineering group to repair my cable, up to now June 9,2017... No one even bother to call or fix my cable. OMG

I upgraded my plan from Onesky 999 to Onesky 1599 to get at least 8mbps last April 14,2017. But since from the start until now i only get only 2mbps or less.I keep on reporting this to you but my service still not fix nor update and still getting 2mbps or less(with screenshot proof).But you know what is updated my Bill.You are quick and good on updating my bill but for my service for me to get what i supposed to get still nothing and you want me to pay the whole plan and not getting the right service that i supposed to have??On the chat you already told me that you will do adjustment for my bill but it did not happen.i supposed to get adjustment from April-May and May- June bill. And as per agreement they will wave the Conversion fee for 350.00 pesos that why i get th upgrade.What i can see on my bill . i have charges that is not part of the plan that i choose.. I want someone to take action of this as quick and as soon as possible. I already taking action on this legally. I already have my lawyer prepare all the cases that we can file on this company. I already have all proof of all my complain. So better to fix it . Im already trying to reach radio station to let everyone hear my complain also.

​Good morning skycable cebu...ngtawag ko sa skyhotline nadirect ko sa sky Manila Ana sila ag account number under sa name sa akua hubby na si Raphael Eres wla nkaregister sa ilaha system! I called to complain Kay wla cable subscription its been 4 days na....last Saturday I tried to call pero nobody is answering either my phonecall or message thru email and text. . ms Yvette Garing tried to help us but still until today no cable!!!! 1599 subscription​
