In March 29, 2012, Globe announced its incorporation to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Stock Exchange and Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation.
Kick-Start Ventures Inc. is partially based on the 1970's science part concept that provided infrastructure support for business start-ups. It provides the following services: - financial assistance
- business training/mentorship
- planning
- marketing
- tools/Globe's platforms
It has an initial capital of about PhP107 million ($2.5 million) to fund business start-ups.
