You might be wondering why I need to attend this major event. I can tell you countless of reasons but there is no enough space for words and numbers that expresses the importance of this event. What I would like to show you are just 3 main reasons why I need to attend this event. These are some of my queries that might interest you.
First. I want to know how did Russia became the Philippines’ largest trading partner in Eastern Europe. According to Sunstar News, "The Philippine’s trade with Russia inched back near the 300-million-dollar mark at the close of 2009, arriving at $289.383 million from $165.598 million in 2008, increasing by 74.75%. Philippine exports to Russia also increased by 15.21%, reaching $39.086 million in 2009 compared to $33.925 million recorded a year earlier". Maybe the Philippine-Russian Business Forum will present to the audience some highlights of the trading performance.
Second. I want to know how do investors, real estate developers, businessmen, decision makers, exporters, importers, national government agencies, and local government units from both the Russian Federation and the Philippines discover new and emerging opportunities in information technology, business, tourism, trade and investment. I emphasize information technology because this is the field where I am fully engaged and focused.
Third. I idolize Russians. They are great inventors. Some say, "Russia is the Mother of Invention". I'm just inspired with their great achievements especially in Aeronautics, Telecommunications and Electronics.
Don't you know that:
"Russia became the first country to put a man into space."

It only presents how important the trading relationship between Philippines and Russia. The Philippine-Russian Business Forum and Exhibition 2010 must be attended. And I must attend too.
