I'm head over heels disappointed with you guys! staff of Superferry,particularly yong web coordinator at yong nasa hotline..wala kayong proper coordination.I am a master/visa card holder.I booked my 6 passengers (3 adults,3 children) online (May10,2011) their trip was supposed to be on May 15,2011.But due to some conflicts on one of the passengers health,I wanted to revalidate their tickets and that's why I immediately called the SF Hotline.Ang tagal bago sumagot pero tyaga lang,ng ma contact ko sabi tawagan ko ang web coordinator,since online ko pina booked ang ticket online ko rin ipa revalidate hindi ko na kailangang pumunta sa ticketing office (It maybe mentioned that I am from Quezon Province) para mag parevalidate.Kinontak ko ang web coordinator at pinagagawa ako ng Letter of Request for Revalidation from May 15 ay naging May 22,2011 na ang trip, thru email.Submitted May 13,2011.yon lang daw ang gagawin ko at ok na,ipresent na lng ng passengers ang eticket at bibigyan n lng ng boarding pass.

hello to all staff of super perry, nakaka dissapoint ung service nyo kc everytime na mag col ako sa hotline nyo palagi nalang machine yong na encounter ko...db dapat allert kayo palagi kc sa dami ng ka kompetensya nyo db kayo nag worry na baka one of this days e mawala na lang yong mga suki nyo na sumasakay sa boat nyo...kc ang bagal ng service nyo...sobrang nakaka dissapoint talaga....favor naman sana maging maaus na ung service nyo iparating nyo yan sa nakakataas para malaman naman nila na ung service ng super perry is mabagal talaga ung system....ang dami kung na encounter na mga negatives feedback ng mga katulad kung passenger....sayang ung mga commercials nyo na ang ganda ganda c ms. sharon pa ung model don....gusto naming maniwala na lahat ng commercials ng super ferry is walang katotohanan..so prove it? baka wala ng manilwala sainyo....
im sorry napaka bagal ang sumasagot ng phone 1 hour ang nag wait pero machine lang ang sumasagot paano kayo makabinta ng ticket kung ganon kayo kabagal. na dissapoint ako . akala ko panaman ang ganda ng service niyo.sayang sa iba nalang ako bibili ng ticket.
