Hi! Good Day! I hope you can help me. I am BIR registered Real Estate Broker of BIR District 17B. But I am now employed as a Property Specialist here in Cebu City. Currently, I am renting a unit here in Cebu. My concern is, can I File/Pay my Tax Obligations online or thru accredited BIR banks here in Cebu, or do I need to travel from Cebu to Tarlac monthly to settle my obligations. Anyway, I am also using my TIN# and my OR's issued in District 17B since I am giving services to my clients in Real Estate. Thank you very much and I hoping for your prompt response.
Hi good day! I just went there a while with my friend to get my TIN ID card. When i was logging in at the guard's logbook, he asked me if what are our purpose and i answered that i will get my TIN ID card. But he told me i cant get an ID if i am not employed, so he again asked if i have business or i am currently employed, i told him that i thought i can get an ID even if I'm unemployed because I already have a TIN number. And I have read in other site that you can still get an ID even if you're unemployed, just present a valid ID and your TIN number. But why BIR Paniqui did not allow me to have my ID?
My boyfriend filed his Income Tax in 2010 and made his income high because of my advise so he can apply for a tourist visa but it he did not pursue it. Since then he has not filed because his business stopped and just planted sugar and rice instead. Today, August 4, 2014 he received a letter or notice from BIR Paniqui. What can he do and please help...Thank you, Rob Santiago from Honolulu. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org ... and phone is 1-808-548-8466.
