Around 7:40am today February 07,2016,i withdraw 4,000.00 in my PNB atm card here at DBP atm terminal,kidney diagnostic center,east avenue,quezon city. The machine flashed a message "Get your card". As soon as i get my card,i waited for the money but It didn't came out. And it says "couldn't dispense cash". As i inquire the balance,only 28.95 left...how can i get my money? Around 2:30 pm+ today, i withdraw 10,000 from San Francisco Branch,Agusan del Sur. The machine/screen flashed "Get your atm card". As soon as i get my card, i waited for the cash to come out.However the machine stated "We cannot dispense cash" .I inquired some personnel about the matter but again my card has only 5k left and still i have not received my 10 thousand. Where and when can i get my money?
