GSIS stands for Government Service Insurance System. The Philippine Government created the GSIS as the social insurance institution to secure the future of all employees of the Philippine Government through social security benefits such as pension funds, life insurance, retirement benefits, disability benefits and death benefits.


With the growing number of GSIS members, GSIS created a contact center to answer question, problems regarding its services it offers.

I just want to ask about the papers of the late Mrs. bella G. Fuentebella, if its already approved and when we can get her lump sum? And also her death claims and survivorship pension? 200279452 DepEd

my mother retired last nov, 2013 and until now she hasn't received her retirement benefit yet. she applied for lumpsum payment. Please help it has been almost a year and we still didn't heard anything from GSIS office.

i filed conso and policy loan at gwaps dipolog gsis last july 8, 2013, the following day my policy loan amounting 1, 700.00 was already credited to my account but the conso loan did not. am just making a follow -up why that until now, july 16 still my conso loan did not credit my account. am in need of that for the due account of my daughter.

I"am a retired Police Personnel with the rank of Pol Senior Inspector from Brgy San Vicente Calasiao, Pangasinan, former INP member, my date of birth is September l5, l954. 28 yrs, 11 months and 15 days of PNP service. My retirement date is December 1, 2006. Sir/mam, could I avail to apply my retirement pension at your good office?

I'am a permanent teacher since 2009.. I went to GSIS main office last year to apply for ecard, but until now i haven't received any information about my apply. I've used the INFOTXT 4747 but I haven't received any feedback.
