May sinabihan pa syang baboy na empleyado pero di nya tinignan yung sarili nya. I am one of the costumers of that branch and don't tolerate that kind of supervisor dapat tignan nyo ang ugali nyan. She doesnt even know how to say sorry pag nakasakit sya ng feelings ng iba at nang dodown sya ng tao, oo mataas ang posisyon nya pero hindi dapat sya mag mayabang dahil lahat naman dumaan sa mababa. I just want to ask regarding to your promos, if how true is it?? Specially regarding to your promo around May to July 2016 more or less, the "Tag-aral at Tag-ulan" promo? I just got the result of the winners and fortunately I am one of them, but then unfortunately I have not received any notifications yet. And to be exact it was almost 1month and 1 week when I knew that I am one of the winners, so I have doubt if how true your promo was??? Hi, this is inform the management of PUREGOLD KANLAON DEL MONTE of my observation:
This Puregold branch is I think not customer friendly maybe because they think that the neighborhood is quite in the "C" & "D" market. You always see their crew piling up their stocks in the middle of the isles and they don't even care if the customers are having a difficult time manuevering their carts. Most of all, they don't even smile or offer a hand to customers who look "poor". I also hate the cashier! It seems that no manager is on board. Kawawa naman ang mga pobreng customers na parang mga langgam para lang maka alpas at mabayaran ang mga goods nila. So so disappointed with the kind of service they give us - customers. We are the reason why they are still in business.
Hi! Good morning. Just want to concern one of your branch Pure gold Taytay Palengke. Its not about the Merchandise nor the store but the employee. Every Company has its own Code of Conduct but do the officer comply for that. Its a family concern, if someone inside the store had a relationship w/ co worker but w/family. Do they just ignore it or they do something as part of integrity reflect for the store. Honestly it was happening several times this year. Calling the attention of HR please do some action for this.. i just want to clarify if the management of the puregold harbor point branch recieve my complaints regarding the expired products that you sold. You should take action immediately before some customers may get harm/poison with the products which is expired.
I have some complaints in your susano novaliches branch. I prefer to talk to someone on the phone about my concerns. Do you have a customer care number? When I asked someone from the branch, the number she gave me was the number of that branch. If you don't have a customer care number, please have one so you can serve your customers better. Your people should be trained well on how to deal with customers.
