Hi I am not here to complain but I desire improvement of Customer Service with Palawan Express Cash services. It appears to me that there is discrepancy in the rules with how the outlets all over the Philippines.Every time I go to get cash, some other hidden information is needed. A mispelling of is not even considered sometimes. What information are/is? exactly needed. LBC is more easy to go to rather than the unkind unsmiling faces of the ladies that I see in the shops. If there is lacking information, their unsmiling faces are even more unkind than ever and it really ruins the day. Why is it that the confirmation text only tells the Tracking number why not include all the information needed so there won't be hassle to call AGAIN the sender. It's really tragic. And I hate UNKINDNESS. I HATE UNSMILING FACES.
