We are seeking result driven individuals for the position of sales representatives in our INBOUND CALL CENTER in Cebu. Job Responsibilities: • Provide assistance in processing customers’ orders • Provide answers to inquiries involving the company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction • Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues • Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request Qualifications: • Must have at least 6 months call center sales experience. (Customer service/sales account experience is an advantage) • Proficient in conversational English • Able to convey information effectively with a neutral accent • Must be self-motivated, and success-oriented • Must be sharp, aggressive, and has the can-do attitude to meet and exceed sales quota • Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills • Willing to work night shifts • Open to working full time, excess hours, holidays How to Apply: 1.
