Responsibilities:

Transcribe audio files into an word file format/ online web interface format
Update and maintenance of data management lists
Communicate with clients via email and telephone when the need arise
Excellent communication skills
Should have a minimum of 60 wpm typing speed
Keen in details and a team player
Must have an ability to use available tools and reference and exhaust all resources as possible to meet the clients target and ensure the accuracy of the transcript

Qualifications:

Must be at least 2 years in college (College graduate is preferred)
Experience in transcription for 6 months to 1 year
Can transcribe at least 1 hour and 30 mins audio file in a shift
Must have have been exposed in transcription tools such as INQScribe or Express Scribe and similar other programs.
Good analytical skills, listening skills, editing skills, basic troubleshooting and decision making skills.
