Senior Trainer (Product, Communications)

Qualifications

• Must be a College graduate
• Must have at least 2 years of teaching or training experience from a reputable call  Center
• Must be knowledgeable or have work experience in key Training areas such as Adult Learning, Training Needs Analysis and Instructional design
• Must have excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment.
• Must be able to pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be a team player
