NON-AIRCONDITIONED AND NON-ELECTRIC-FAN ROOM: BUT WITH WINDOWS: *2000 per head good for 4 persons. ELECTRIC-FAN ROOM/INTERIOR ROOM: *1500 per head good for 6 persons. *1850 per head good for 4 persons. Inclusions: - Minimum of 1-month stay. - Free water for bath only. Washing of clothes can be done only in washing machine, 15 pesos per kilo. - Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. - Additional charge for bringing rice cooker, electric-fan, laptop, water heater, etc. - Locker with key. - Table and chair. - 1 electric-fan in each room. - Bed without foam.
