The current mainstream gold process is usually that the gold ore is crushed by crusher, then into ball mill for grinding , and then through the gravity separation, flotation, extracted concentrate and tailings, again through chemical method, finally through smelting, the final product to be refined gold.
Gold ore broken and grinding process
Crushing process always uses jaw crusher for coarse crushing, standard type cone crusher for medium broken, and the short head cone crusher or roller crusher for fine crushing. The final product screened by circular vibrating screen after through the first section mill for grinding and forms a closed circuit with grading mechanism , the graded overflow by cyclone entry into the second ball mill for regrinding, and then with the cyclone form a closed- grinding circuit.
Gold ore gravity separation
Gravity concentration method occupies a very important place in placer gold production, while floatation method is widely used in the beneficiation of rock gold mine. Gravity separation method is based on the different density of mineral , the main equipments of which are the chute, shaking table, jigger and short cone cyclone.
Gold ore flotation separation
flotation separator is the important and widely adopted device in gold ore dressing plant for processing lode gold ore. In most cases, the flotation method is used for dealing with the sulfide ore containing gold of high floatability, and achieve the most significant effect, because flotation can not only maximumly make gold enrich into mineral concentrates, but also can discard tailings, with low beneficiation cost, in additon, flotation is also used to handle with polymetallic auriferous ore
