How do I repair the USB jack on my Sony NEX-C3 camera?

How do I repair the USB jack on my Sony NEX-C3 camera? The jack where I plug in the USB cable is loose and does not seat tightly to the case or when a cable is plugged in. Result is that camera is rarely detected when plugged into computer USB jack. Does the whole motherboard need to come out in order to fix?
