PC does not recognize my camera, please help

PC does not recognize my camera, please help

I took a picture while my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10 was connecting to PC and now it will not connect to my PC. I've tried taking the battery out, restarted the computer, turned off/on camera. Nothing works.
