What is this ribbon cable for on the IR tray (of S3CA)

What is this ribbon cable for on the IR tray (of S3CA)

I am modifying a Sony S3CA which is a special version of the a7sii with no screen or record limit and a few other tricks. I noticed this ribbon cable coming from what appears to be the IR filter tray, any idea what that would be for? It has two contacts on the cable.
