How do I replace a screw after I have disassembled my blaster

How do I replace a screw after I have disassembled my blaster I had stripped a long screw that held the top front of my Nerf Magnus blaster when I disassembling it for a repaint. I had no choice but to take a dremel too and drill out the head in order to get the blaster apart.
