Does anyone know the lcd screen part number for this model?

Does anyone know the lcd screen part number for this model? I have a 58" Vizio lcd TV (model no. D58u-D3) with a cracked inner screen. I need a part number and a place that stocks it to order it from. Also advice on getting the shell of the tv open without breaking it. Thanks ANSWERS:
