I replaced the logic board and now error code 1416 comes up

I replaced the logic board and now error code 1416 comes up

wont be restored through itunes and ipod updater keeps saying its in use. I cant find it in finder on my mac but itunes and ipod updater seem to find it. When i try to restore it in itunes i get error code 1416 and when i use ipod updater to restore it I always get a message saying its in use.
