Is it possible to get better speed for internet?

Is it possible to get better speed for internet? I have a customer that has a Samsung LCD LED 3D TV M#UN46F7100AFXZA S#Z6TP3CYDC01970A #TD01. And he is having problems with is Wi-Fi we ordered a network board for him, but he is wondering if there is any possible way to up the speed of the internet, he is getting 16mgs right now?! ANSWERS:
