My left AirPod is fully charged but keeps disconnecting

My left AirPod is fully charged but keeps disconnecting So whenever I charge my AirPods, it says they are fully charged but when I use them about 5 minutes in, the left one disconnects but yet it’s fully charged. WHY? ANSWERS:
