My TV turns on, but only the V pops up.
The TV turns on and off on it’s own and the remote and buttons are un responsive. Vizio won’t help. How to I get a repairman? Or is it fried? Only 2 years old.

"cys_mike do you have it connected to any kind of Network? vizio has issues with network updates etc. You do want to disconnect any network.
After that, the issue could be with the power board as well as the IR board. You do want to disconnect the TV, disconnect all inputs and leave it like that for a while (or push the power board and hold for about a minute) then reconnect to power to the TV and use one input source. see if that made a difference. you also want to give us the complete model number for your TV."
