starts with green flash and after 3-5 secs goes to red flash

starts with green flash and after 3-5 secs goes to red flash

I have the problem which the tv starts with green flash and after 3-5 secs there is a sound and it goes to red flash . Tried all options mentioned above , both power and program button on the side of TV and also through remote, no luck.
