The theft light on my dash is blinking rapidly and I cant start

The theft light on my dash is blinking rapidly and I cant start So I got into my truck as always but it not want to start. Initially, I thought it was my starter but then I realized that my anti theft light was blinking rapidly. Any suggestions for getting this fixed?
