What do I need to do to after my lg 55 inch TVs went black

Erickee Lucas we need to know your exact model number. Then we need all the details about what is going on with your TV. You are our eyes and ears and we can't help until we know all of this. Common errors with LG is a bad backlight array. you need to let us know if you still have sound. If so, shine a flashlight (in a darkened room) at an angle against the screen. Let us know if you can still make out silhouettes etc. If so, it is the backlight array. If not it could be a variety of things like a bad power board, bad main board or even a bad t-con board etc. Hence the need for more information.
