Why is my tv flickering only when I look at regular tv?

Why is my tv flickering only when I look at regular tv? My 55 inch tv flicker at the bottom. But it doesn't when I'm looking at Netflix or using the firestick. Only when I'm looking at regular tv channels? Can I get it fix or not? ANSWERS:
