Why is my TV stuck on one black screen channel?

Why is my TV stuck on one black screen channel?

The TV is stuck on one channel that I can’t click away from, or change the menu, volume, or even the input. I have to unplug it to turn it off and back on and when it does turn back on, after the logo goes away it goes back to the same channel and I can’t fix it.
