Why won’t my zune charge past 50%?

Why won’t my zune charge past 50%? I just replaced the battery in my zune 120, but it won’t charge past 50%. I checked the battery voltages and know the battery is good. Are there any battery learning procedures for the zune 120? ANSWERS:
