Which plugs are you referring to, the 3.5mm aux in, the USB or the 2 x AC out?

If the 3.5mm aux in, here’s the page from the user manual that shows how to set the radio so that audio inputs from an external device can be heard on the radio speaker. Scroll down to the Mode function section

The USB port charges/powers most devices that can accept power through a USB port only when the charger/radio is plugged into an AC power source."
